Our host Marco knows the wine better than the label. He'll lean in and tell you exactly where it came from and why it matters tonight.

The week's menu is what the market gave us Friday morning. Trust it. You'll eat something you've never ordered.
You'll leave late
Dinner ends when it ends. The last Thursday ran until midnight. Someone brought a guitar.
